Home stagers create an improved home environment. Staging a home means making it as good as it can possibly be, both inside and out, for the purpose of either selling it or living in it. The goal of the stager is to maximize the positive features of a home and minimize or eliminate the negative ones. The home stager works with the homeowner in determining the staging goal and then, with minimum expense, completes the project in a very short amount of time.

Staging by Sharon was created to provide a quality service in the area of home staging and re-design. Having staged and re-designed homes for family and friends for many years and, as a military wife, having used ingenuity and creativity to transform my own personal homes, I bring a wealth of experience to my staging projects. Staging is NOT designing. Staging is using what already exists to make the home either better and more functional for living, or de-personalizing and enhancing a home for sale to attract the most buyers and achieve a higher selling price. As a licensed Realtor for over 14 years, I have experience with both buyers and sellers of homes and have good insight into the expectations each party brings to the home-buying process.
