Every home is a candidate for staging. The home stager uses items already within the home to make it more aesthetically pleasing and to make it more functional for day-to-day living. Over time, both the inside and the outside of homes can become cluttered, disorganized and lose purpose. The objective, trained, professional stager works with the homeowner to improve the livability of a home's space.
The stager analyzes the home's problem areas, presents the findings to the homeowner in a written report and then: The homeowner opts to do the suggested tasks The homeowner and stager work together The stager does all of the work suggested in the report
The object of home staging is to spend as little money as possible and still achieve the desired effect. Re-purposing items from within a room or from somewhere else in the home creates the vast majority of the staging "inventory." It is sometimes necessary to paint a room and/or purchase inexpensive accessories to complete the staging process.
Staging does not take a lot of time....usually a day or two
Staging does not take a lot of money. The homeowner knows the staging budget before the project begins.
All homes, regardless of size, style or location, can benefit from being staged.
